Natalie Portman Is Feelin’ the Hammer

Thor’s hammer, that is.
By which I mean Portman will be appearing in Thor, the Kenneth Branagh adaptation which is ramping up for a May 2011 release.
Portman will be playing Jane Foster, who is a love interest for Thor while he is in his human guise of Donald Blake. Allegedly, though, Blake won’t be appearing in the film, so Foster’s presence is a bit confusing. No worries from this quarter, though, as Honk Mahfah is of the firm belief that Natalie Portman is hot and can basically do no wrong.
Portman joins Chris Hemsworth (Thor) and Tom Hiddleston (Loki).
